I had a seriously poor customer service interaction over the phone with Amplifon Aspley. I was spoken to rudely and abruptly which prompted me to cancel my appointment as I won't engage with a business that talks to people in that regard. When I advised of my cancellation due to not being comfortable with my time being spent at a business that is conducted in that regard, I was met with more rudeness "Okay thanks bye" was the response. Rudest Russian hearing specialist. Immediately discriminated against age saying too young to have hearing problems! Gaslit my partner who is struggling to hear things and wasted his day!
The team at Amplifon Aspley were absolutely great. The care, instructions + reasonable prices shown for Dad was very much appreciated. They were so patient and accommodating while helping Dad with his fitting and calibrations while was unwell. When we advised them of Dads passing a while after, they initiated a full refund that we were unaware of. Thanks again Hambletons
