Quite a poor experience with this centre, had issues verifying hsp eligibility upon testing and receiving a pair, was told system issues. And again system issues processing a return. Fix your “systems” please. Not sure if delibrate to pocket hsp funds but hey dont want to speculate. Also testing and fitting process felt rushed and didn’t address customer concerns or needs properly, instead veered on upselling to higher models
Visited on November 28 for a free hearing test. Everyone was friendly and reassuring.
I am very happy with the service at the Arndale clinic,after a not so great experience at another one I am pleased with the honest and helpful advise from Tom and feel he has my interest in mind not just another sale. The rest of the staff are very helpful as well .
