Comprehensive hearing test. Got a hearing test done by Ashley. He was a great bloke very clear communicator with honest feedback. Thank you
Quite a poor experience with this centre, had issues verifying hsp eligibility upon testing and receiving a pair, was told system issues. And again system issues processing a return. Fix your “systems” please. Not sure if delibrate to pocket hsp funds but hey dont want to speculate. Also testing and fitting process felt rushed and didn’t address customer concerns or needs properly, instead veered on upselling to higher models
Visited on November 28 for a free hearing test. Everyone was friendly and reassuring.
I am very happy with the service at the Arndale clinic,after a not so great experience at another one I am pleased with the honest and helpful advise from Tom and feel he has my interest in mind not just another sale. The rest of the staff are very helpful as well .
Having bad experiences from another Amplifon store, it was such a pleasure to go to the Arndale store. Tom was very helpful and was able to fix my problem straight away. Highly recommended the Arndale store
