I have just had a lovely friendly professional experience at Amplifon Arndale. My ears were feeling a bit blocked and I called into their clinic - Bella was very very obliging - gave me some essential advice and I have left very happy. Thank you Bella
Beautiful staff. Always willing to go the extra mile. They treat their customers and patients with the utmost of care. If I could give 10 stars I would.
I would like to recommend the service of Anureet today, he recognised an ear/ hearing problem I had immediately, and took great action and care. Can’t thank him enough for his excellent help and expertise.
Comprehensive hearing test. Got a hearing test done by Ashley. He was a great bloke very clear communicator with honest feedback. Thank you
Quite a poor experience with this centre, had issues verifying hsp eligibility upon testing and receiving a pair, was told system issues. And again system issues processing a return. Fix your “systems” please. Not sure if delibrate to pocket hsp funds but hey dont want to speculate. Also testing and fitting process felt rushed and didn’t address customer concerns or needs properly, instead veered on upselling to higher models
