Needed some parts for my hearing aids. Amy was extremely helpful. Showed me different options that felt more comfortable and helped replace the parts I needed. Thanks Amy
The audiologist was very helpful therefore the experience of upgraded hearing aids went well.
I cannot commend Amy enough. Amy went above and beyond helping an elderly lady fix her hearing aids. The lady went in without out an appointment in the hope she could get some assistance. While her earing aids weren't working she was almost completely deaf. Amy was able to help the lady enough so she could partially hear and booked her in for a follow-up appointment so her matter could be resolved completely. Great job Amy.!!!
Many many thanks to Amy and the team at Amplifon in Armidale. They saved me today when I left my charger in Sydney they came to my rescue!!!
