My father has purchased hearing aids from Amplifon Armadale and I cannot fault the staff, very professional and helpful. Amanda is a delight always has a smile and willing to help with all my father's needs, changing filters,batteries nothing is to hard for her to help with.
My husband has been a customer of this shop for few years last 3 times he has been back about his hearing aides the lady has refused to change his plugs and filters he can not hear they are blocked rubbish attitude is it because he is older and don't care we paid a lot off money for these hearings aides from this company so tired of him not been able to get assistant from this branch they should be ashamed of themselves how they treat customers
