To start with the experience there was good and friendly. My right hand hearing aid stopped working. I have had hearing aids for years. I know a little bit about them. I suspected the wire had a intermittent fault. The young lady replaced the battery, gave it back to me, it stopped in the shop. She disappeared down the back, came back loose connection. I had one hearing aid replaced. When arriving home I found it was a different model than my previous ones, and they don’t match. The new one sounds different and I have to adjust the volume on each separately. Also the new one beeps 10 times when turning it on. Now I need to make another appointment to try and resolve this problem.
My parents and I always have a wonderful experience with Amplifon Hearing Armadale. The team is professional, knowledgeable, and genuinely caring. A special mention to Amanda at the front desk she is always so welcoming, friendly, and exceptional at what she does. She makes every visit feel comfortable and stress-free from the moment you walk in. Highly recommend their service!
My father has purchased hearing aids from Amplifon Armadale and I cannot fault the staff, very professional and helpful. Amanda is a delight always has a smile and willing to help with all my father's needs, changing filters,batteries nothing is to hard for her to help with.
