I took my 94yo mum to Amplifon Lavington to get her hearing aids reviewed. We saw Jia (pronounced Jay) and he was so so helpful. Did a months trial of some new hearing aids, but unfortunately they did not suit Mum. After chatting with Jia and telling him the problems we had with the hearing aids he said he was committed to working with us to get the best possible solution that would suit our situation.
Complete waste of my time. I spoke at length over the phone when I booked my appointment, explaining specific symptoms of tinnitus and pressure in my ears. I explained that I'd already had a hearing test all hearing results were normal. The lady said no problem at all, I'd be booked in with an audiologist to look into my tinnitus symptoms, pressure testing would be conducted etc. I get there and they're just opening up after lunch. Always well received, assistance is to level, re advice etc. would recommend.
My favourite place they are friendly and the ladies will help you with anything I would not go anywhere else 😊
Mum had been having trouble with her hearing aids. I took her to Lavington and staff member Jet was ever so helpful to explain what the problem was and fixed them on the spot. Her service was exceptional and greatly helped my 90 yo Mum 😃
