Terrible service,your better off picking another hearing place that care about the patient and not just the money!
I’m visiting from Northern New South Wales and thought that I might get a hearing test. I had time and there was an available appointment so I thought why not! The staff were all so lovely. I was a little nervous and worried as I really didn’t want to know the truth about my hearing and the ladies both made me feel so comfortable and at ease. All the staff at the Robina clinic are so friendly and helpful. Jo on the front desk always greets you with the biggest smile and welcome. I love the warm feeling of walking into the clinic know that I will be dealing the the lovely Jo each time. Nothing is ever a hassle for Jo and she will always go above and beyond to make sure my needs are satisfied and I walk out with all of my queries answered. Went into amplifon today and the lady at the front desk was nothing but bubbly friendly and kind helped me out with all my needs will definitely be back and I will be recommending this store to all my friends and family
