I’m visiting from Northern New South Wales and thought that I might get a hearing test. I had time and there was an available appointment so I thought why not! The staff were all so lovely. All the staff at the Robina clinic are so friendly and helpful. Jo on the front desk always greets you with the biggest smile and welcome. I love the warm feeling of walking into the clinic know that I will be dealing the the lovely Jo each time. Nothing is ever a hassle for Jo and she will always go above and beyond to make sure my needs are satisfied and I walk out with all of my queries answered. Jo is an absolute asset to your business, and you are very lucky to have her. Thanks for all of your help Jo!
Went into amplifon today and the lady at the front desk was nothing but bubbly friendly and kind helped me out with all my needs will definitely be back and I will be recommending this store to all my friends and family

I am absolutely appalled by the treatment I received in the store today! The older woman who “helped” me was incredibly rude. I went in seeking assistance for my hearing aid repair, and when I asked her for help, she immediately asked if I was a customer of theirs. When I tried to explain my situation, she cut me off in a blunt and aggressive manner. I was taken aback and began to cry, completely confused by her hostility.
