Why is Robina store now closed on Saturdays with no notice??. Makes setting appointments much more difficult since the weekends are my free time of the week. Went to new Amplifon store upstairs instead and was told they couldn’t help me as I wasn’t in their system. Very disappointing
I have recently purchased new hearing aids from Amplifon Robina, as my current hearing aids were 5 years old and for various reasons, needed to be replaced. The level of service and expertise given to me by the Audiologist Christopher Abuto was exceptional. I learnt so much from Chris about my new hearing aids and their functions via my phone. Terrible service,your better off picking another hearing place that care about the patient and not just the money!
I’m visiting from Northern New South Wales and thought that I might get a hearing test. I had time and there was an available appointment so I thought why not! The staff were all so lovely. I was a little nervous and worried as I really didn’t want to know the truth about my hearing and the ladies both made me feel so comfortable and at ease. All the staff at the Robina clinic are so friendly and helpful. Jo on the front desk always greets you with the biggest smile and welcome. I love the warm feeling of walking into the clinic know that I will be dealing the the lovely Jo each time. Nothing is ever a hassle for Jo and she will always go above and beyond to make sure my needs are satisfied and I walk out with all of my queries answered.
