Reached at 2 PM at the location provided it takes you to the back of their clinic. Called the reception and they had no idea how to help navigate. The reception staff was confused with simple up/down navigations. Finally told me to wait at the cafe, i waited there for 15 minutes, no one came. Then finally asked my way around to the clinic only to see them tell me they need to reschedule. Worst exoerience ever. Book somewhere else !
I booked in because I need hearing aids and never had any. Their website offers a free 14 day fitted hearing aid trial “no commitment”. I have nothing to compare the difference and to justify the cost therefore I thought a trial would be good. Although I was seen by a nice gentlemen, After many attempts to discus a free trial I felt dismissed and was pushed to start a payment plan or put down a 10% deposit. Popped in to Berwick yesterday about 2.15 to pick up new domes and filters. The store was very busy with two young assistants trying their best to cater to angry rude geriatrics is the only way I can describe them. One man at the counter yelling at the receptionist that his battery wasn’t charging while the other assistant was gently helping a customer to put on his hearing aids while a very abusive and incredibly rude elderly man shouted at the top of his voice that he was leaving, dragged his poor little silent wife out th... read more
