Booked an appointment on a Saturday to take my mum for a hearing check up. I received at least two calls to confirm the appointment. My mum turned up there on time and then no staff was present. When I called the hotline, they had no clue on what was going on with the staff here and unable to contact anyone. Very unprofessional and time wasters. I definitely don’t recommend.
I have been looked after by Navendra and Judith James, the two professional Audiologists. They're both very nice and friendly people. I was so pleased with the service I received from them. I think they went above and beyond to fix the problem with my hearing aids. Thank you guys! One of the happy customers.
Started off well with good customer service by one staff member, who unfortunately then changed service areas. BUT the hearing aids didn’t fit properly from the start, stopped working often, came back from repair still not working, experienced huge delays and the follow up and customer care was shocking or really non existent. The phone number was often diverted between Berwick and Pakenham Free parallel timed parking in front of store. Located in a very busy street. Definitely would not recommend.
Simply awful. Only interested in a quick sale. Inexperienced. Don't care at all. Stay away - much better options. Pakenham is no better.
Big shout out to Jackie and team at Amplifon Berwick. Called in to see if I could get a mini charger for my hearing aids. Jackie went above and beyond to track one down as they are hard to get. Was asked where hearing aids were purchased and explained that as my hearing loss was caused by chemo they were through the hospital. Jackie called today and told me that she explained to management what had happened to me and they have decided to give the charger to me free of charge. Just wow.
