I booked in because I need hearing aids and never had any. Their website offers a free 14 day fitted hearing aid trial “no commitment”. I have nothing to compare the difference and to justify the cost therefore I thought a trial would be good. Although I was seen by a nice gentlemen, After many attempts to discus a free trial I felt dismissed and was pushed to start a payment plan or put down a 10% deposit. Popped in to Berwick yesterday about 2.15 to pick up new domes and filters. The store was very busy with two young assistants trying their best to cater to angry rude geriatrics is the only way I can describe them. Booked an appointment on a Saturday to take my mum for a hearing check up. I received at least two calls to confirm the appointment. My mum turned up there on time and then no staff was present. When I called the hotline, they had no clue on what was going on with the staff here and unable to contact anyone. Very unprofessional and time wasters. I definitely don’t recommend.
