The best gym in Wilmington! The owners care so much about the people in their gym and the community in general. You just have to visit!! Try a class!!
This gym is the JAM. Seriously, the whole gym is themed after music. It's the only gym in the area (that I know of) that offers spin, yoga, barre, strength, private training and child care under one roof. The owners, trainers, and people are all great. I've never been a "go to the gym" type of person but I find myself in there 4-5 times a week. It's a blast!
Love love love Amplify!! They have spin, yoga, pilates, and strength! No other gym in Wilmington has this variety of classes. It truly Is more like a family! The coaches are all amazing and they encourage you to push yourself to do amazing things! They have an awesome promotion 60 days for 60 bucks going on now!! I guarantee you will stay after
