I can’t say enough about this gym! -the variations of classes offered, the times of classes and each instructor! Amplify is the only gym I’ve ever enjoyed enough to stick with. It provides me with a safe, encouraging space to work on my health! Never really understood/felt the whole gym tribe thing until amp! ❤️
I was visiting Wilmington and signed up for a class at Amplifly. Anfernee was a great instructor. Lots of fun and a good workout.

The best gym in Wilmington! The owners care so much about the people in their gym and the community in general. You just have to visit!! Try a class!!
This gym is the JAM. Seriously, the whole gym is themed after music. It's the only gym in the area (that I know of) that offers spin, yoga, barre, strength, private training and child care under one roof. The owners, trainers, and people are all great. I've never been a "go to the gym" type of person but I find myself in there 4-5 times a week. It's a blast!
