Great work out spot. Classes are fun and high energy. Great welcoming atmosphere. I look forward to going each morning. The time flys by. I tried the cycle class this morning, kicked my butt, would definitely go again. Update: Been doing 3 cycle classes a week with Aly and Laura. Can't believe how far I have progressed over these past weeks. Couldn't have done it without the support of the staff and instructors. 7/10/26 Update: down almost 50# thanks to this gym and staff. I look forward to going each morning.
