SCAM!!! Stay away. False advertise for Botox while offering dysport. They charged my card while setting up appointment and I’ve canceled it two weeks ahead and still deny a refund. Want to earn money on a non service. Contacting the BbB and my lawyer.

I booked a $200 facial with this company, the appt also included a quick free follow up from a treatment two weeks prior. I tried to reschedule through their app, it was broken and wouldn’t process my request. I called the morning of the appointment to reschedule, but they still charged me a $400 cancellation fee—double the cost of the actual service.
