Extremely disappointed with the service and subsequent communication from this clinic. I paid $110 for a 5 minute consultation with the “specialist” regarding a persistent itchy ear, only to receive a minor cleaning and a “wait and see” approach with no diagnosis. When I reached out to explain that the symptoms were persisting, the response from receptionist Sue was extremely dismissive and egotistical.
Excellent service and very knowledgeable
Have upgraded to a STARKEY GENESIS A1 24 hearing aid,I now hear sounds that I have not heard for years. The clarity in all other modes is perfect, when coupled with the Starkey APP I can fine tune all setting.Every function I use couple directly to my aides from my phone, phone,music,podcasts,etc. No complaints from the wife.Thankyou Daniel, it was well worth it.
