To Becca's Boss: PLEASE GIVE BECCA A RAISE Why you ask? Because I've had issues with my hearing aids 3 times since the other lady had a medical emergency leave. Becca has been able to help me everytime. She is professional, patient, and obviously a hard worker because she is always at the office. For this reason, I am giving this office 5 stars. Please give Becca a raise because we appreciate her help and excellent customer service.
The audiologist let me try out hearing aids after my hearing test. Then my hearing aids came in exactly 4 months later, like the audiologist said they would. A different audiologist adjusted my hearing aids and told me not to adjust the volume on my own hearing aids and that I would get used to the slight echo I heard while wearing them and getting used to them. He told me to wear them all day, every day and then my mind would get used to the volume level where he set my hearing aids. I love my hearing aids! He set them up a... read more
DONT COME HERE! This was my first appointment. Neither of the employees introduced themselves. They acted very much like they hate their job. The ppwk is giving full permission to do anything without any instruction at all. The paperwork says dont sign if you don't understand. So i didn't sign since i don't know anything. Nothing was explained.. receptionist got irritated that I wouldn't sign then told me a lie about the paperwork. I I don't think the headphones were cleaned. Like most folks that hit around 58 years old, well, ya have to look into finding some good hearing aids to hear better. I was sure tired of saying, "huh", or "what did you say?", MY hearing Sucks! Amplex was very helpful, and informative. Christina was very cordial, and very pleasant. I would recommend that you give them a try for all your hearing aid needs.
