This location is great! The property manager, Robert, provides exceptional customer service! He made the process of getting a unit very smooth. Would recommend this location to anyone!
The staff are exceptional, fair minded and repectful!. The missing 5th star is with the few changes this location has encountered (staffing, truck no longer available and inter-company communication about a few policy processes) My group has successfully realigned North Carolina, South Carolina and one other State to Ample from one of the other big boxers who have gone fully automated. All of the units locations have an A/A-or B+ rating except one location which failed the Integrity in@ your service process and received less... read more
