Joe was very friendly and helpful with getting my unit. This is my second time renting with Ample Storage. Very clean inside and out.

Worst Place ! They have Pipes that Flood from the roof and it covers everything in your building and it destroys everything in it! The Owner nor the Business Manager doesn't even come quickly to turn off the water that is pouring in the buildings. It was more than an Ankle High flooding the grounds inside all the units. It just happened and was pouring on for over an hour and a half and damaged tons of Units and all the items in all the units. They should have had it turned off ASAP and didn't. First of all I would like to say Vivian and Joe are nice never rude. Their is something going on at this storage some type of theft ring. Their is several people at the storage all day as though they live there and they are always watching you. They have no vehicle and I see them go in and out the storages all day. Many people storages have been broken into. Both of my storages I have had several items missing but the lock is always on but I can tell my lock has been tampered with because its hard to open it.
