I am very pleased with Ample Hearing. I initially reached out to them to query them since they accept my insurance. I was very impressed with the level of knowledge that Kim, the office manager, had. She was able to answer each of my questions. After setting up an appointment with Dr. Mai, I received a reminder phone call and they were flexible and willing to move the appointment up. Great Audiologist, good friendly staff.
The best hearing aids with the best technology are useless if not programmed correctly. Do yourself a favor and go see Dr. Mai and Kim. Let him give you recommendations and BUY FROM THEM! It's worth it! Dr. Mai will not stop until you are happy. He's not interested in just a quick sale. He truly wants you to hear your best. And Kim is so sweet. Highly recommend!
Very nice place. Knowledgeable and professional. You never know what you don't hear, 'till you go and get your ears cleared.
The audiologist is very thorough. It's a two person team whose professionalism is very excellent. I would easily recommend them without a second thought. The testing equipment is state of the art and it's used to the highest level of professionalism.
