Wonderful service, helped guide me over the phone as much as he could. Came in person to see the rest of the work that couldn’t be resolved over the phone, was hear for over an hour and did a very through job finding where the fault was. Has passed the information on to the insurance provider, kept us informed and explained everything. Wonderful experience, thanks again for getting the majority of the power back on.
