Helpful, friendly and very knowledgeable - was keen to get started and really helped us understand the issue - the issue was fixed within an hour tops I would say! Extremely thankful for helping us get back up and running again! Would definitely use the service again

Wonderful service, helped guide me over the phone as much as he could. Came in person to see the rest of the work that couldn’t be resolved over the phone, was hear for over an hour and did a very through job finding where the fault was. Has passed the information on to the insurance provider, kept us informed and explained everything. Wonderful experience, thanks again for getting the majority of the power back on. Hopefully the remidal work is approved and you can fix the rest Thanks again
