Another fantastic job well done by John. His work is great. I know that all electrical in my unit is safe after he has taken care of the issues. Again, highly recommended!!!
Ampereus was able to squeeze me in same day to fix a couple issues. I received notifications that the technician was on the way. John was punctual and efficient. He quickly resolved my issues and we scheduled another time for him to help me with the less pressing problems. I appreciate John explaining the scenarios and the options I had. He was trying to help me save money every step of the way, which I really appreciate.
