I recently had a frustrating experience with medication management. The medication I was prescribed during a mental health stay caused akathisia, which feels like needing to crawl out of your skin. Laken had suggested switching to hydroxyzine instead of Ativan, which I was completely open to trying. I went to the highland location. Unfortunately it’s taken me a year and half to leave this review but I’m still saddened by my experience. I was miss diagnosed which has impacted my life in many ways. But quite frankly the most frustrating part was I was being told that I was completely covered by my insurance. Multiple appointments went by no issues just paying my copays then they hit me with a $700+ bill saying that they didn’t look at my insurance correctly and I’d have to pay it all…..? Really. I had a great experience at the Ogden location doing TMS treatments. The staff is professional, warm & welcoming. They were a soft place to land after a bad bout with depression. I recommend them to those struggling with depression, anxiety & ADHD. I will miss seeing the techs/office staff every day and I hope to stay in contact with them. I look forward to seeing them when I go in for follow-ups I’d have given them 5 stars, but there was a mix up with our insurance so I wasn’t able to finish out my treatments. Traci
