I went to the highland location. Unfortunately it’s taken me a year and half to leave this review but I’m still saddened by my experience. I was miss diagnosed which has impacted my life in many ways. But quite frankly the most frustrating part was I was being told that I was completely covered by my insurance. Multiple appointments went by no issues just paying my copays then they hit me with a $700+ bill saying that they didn’t look at my insurance correctly and I’d have to pay it all…..? Really. I had a great experience at the Ogden location doing TMS treatments. The staff is professional, warm & welcoming. They were a soft place to land after a bad bout with depression. I recommend them to those struggling with depression, anxiety & ADHD. I will miss seeing the techs/office staff every day and I hope to stay in contact with them. I look forward to seeing them when I go in for follow-ups I’d have given them 5 stars, but there was a mix up with our insurance so I wasn’t able to finish out my treatments. Traci
I am so excited to share our experience at Ampelis Health! Everything from making our appointment to filling out the needed paperwork to the actual visit was smooth and easy!! We saw Anna and my child felt so heard and understood during the appointment! The questions and responses were so thorough and personal! My child felt like Anna understood her experience and was comfortable answering and talking through the questions with her because of it! Thank you!!!! I will be sharing this experience with other Mom’s!!
The staff is the best! Also, TMS changed my life. My depression is not a problem anymore after years of therapy and medications (although those are very helpful tools as well) and I feel like I have my life back! “Thank you” doesn’t adequately express enough gratitude to the Ampelis team <3
