I reached out to their highland location as I am seeking a therapist. I spent an hour and a half with their NP. Maria told me I would be paired with a therapist. I asked when they would let me know who my therapist was and when my appointment would be, she said I would have to call but she needed time to pair me with a therapist. I called a week and half later and found out that they are no longer accepting new clients. What a waste and total disregard for my time and use of health insurance.
Cynphony was my therapist. She was great! But the Maria at the front desk made my crisis I’m currently going through 100x worse. She is awful at her job and would not let me speak. She spoke over me and laughed at me multiple times when I was asking to speak and telling her she was not handling the situation correctly.
