Luke’s customer service is easily 5 stars. I purchased a home with a pre existing system that his company installed/monitors ? Not really sure how it works. He was kind enough to walk me through a reset and when that didn’t work set up a service. Seems like a real person who likes to take on problems head on if they arise . Nice to deal with a company that stands behind their product & service. Thanks !
Did not meet their obligations. It’s been over 2 years and I am still waiting for the project to be completed. I called, texted and emailed with no response. They never installed the panel monitoring system. Very poor follow up and no contact after payment in full. Extremely unhappy with them. I wouldn’t recommend them to family and friends.
Unprofessional company. Owners actively voice negative contradicting statements on social media platforms. If that isn't unprofessional and shows you what type of business you will receive, then what will.
Luke is passionate about educating his customers first, master of all possible ways to configure your installation for maximum production and minimum cost. If anything he over communicates, you will never be left wondering what is next in your project. He is a great engineer and has assembled a easy to work with team of professionals. Everything went as he explained. My system is saving me money and is maintenance free.
