Bought membership back in April, here we are almost in August and have not received any email or text regarding opening date. Starting to regret my decision on transitioning to this gym. I hear many great things about the franchise and I hope my feelings may change in the future but I’m becoming frustratingly impatient.

Bought membership with this location. Waiting for the opening while I thought I could use other locations but only staffed hours no access without staff. Why can not you just upload information into system now ? So that we can have access to other locations after staffed hours? To reply 1. Complimentary = Not fully working? 2. They Call me few days ago that hey we would like to sign u online here in Westheimer and u can come start ur work out now it's been two days I'm going but it's not even open it's closed like they never opened before
