This morning my daughter came in as usual and the manager always gives all the kids treats she's very nice she just started and she goes to interact with the kids and I have watched her she's very sweet she's actually the nice person that they've had. The issue with today is the other employee started screaming at her and she asked her to calm down it's kids in the room and parents in here. Good gym, needs a little work on fixing the machines, but other then that a cool place to meet new people and get to your workout goal!
Over the years, my opinion of this place has gone from “great value” to “you get what you pay for.” If you’re just popping in for a quick workout during staffed hours, it’s a totally fine gym. Good equipment variety and friendly staff. During non-staffed hours and using the locker room, it’s a bit frustrating. The security system will sometimes falsely flag you for “tailgating” (multiple entries on a single door scan) even though the footage clearly shows you being the only person walking through. Got a membership with this gym about 2 months ago and as soon as I walked through the door I got hounded about a physical trainer after trying to politely say no they finally get me to sign up for one. I told the lady who I was talking to that I was probably only gonna do it for 2 months because I was working out of my city and needed a gym temporarily and she said that was fine.
