Based on reviews I have read, I wouldnt dare touch this place with my money. Pictures show filth, reviews state outrageous amounts of money being demanded. Also, the FINE PRINT everyone talks about sounds daunting. Ive read every word of the owners responses and it all sounds like a bunch of "tell them what they wanna hear" ... and even so its still not what any single one of them wants to hear. Terrible ownership, and I say this without ever attending this gym. I would have to paid to go work out here. Do better AMPd.
I never thought I would have to write a review like this. If I could give it a zero, I would! First things first, please don’t let that GM trick you into getting a PT and that bootcamp or whatever it’s called! It sucks, honestly, and he does too! My experience with Amped Fitness was disappointing from the very beginning and only became more frustrating after I joined. Before becoming a member, I reached out multiple times by phone and email to ask basic questions about military pricing, membership options, enrollment fees, annual fees, amenities, billing, and whether shorter-term options were available since I would only be in the area temporarily. I sent an email to the “Member Care Team” but it came back saying the email didn’t exist so I’m posting here hoping to find some help. I am seeking a refund for personal training sessions I have paid for but never received. Absolutely great training department! Coach Fofo just took over as the head of the trainers, she is the best trainer I’ve ever had!!!
