One of the best things to help me stay on my workout schedule is the kids club. My son loves coming and playing and the people working that are amazing!! The gym has so many variations of machines to keep it fresh and trade out different parts of the body to work out.
Like to give a shout out to Ashley. 1st, Thank YOUUUUU for always greeting members with a smile. In fact a genuine smile, I know I too am a recipient of that treatment. Focused on the customer and not distracted. It's YOUR energy is the reason I enjoy going to Amped Up. Stay AMPED UP!!!!
Decent gym. Music is entirely too loud. Have to almost yell to communicate with others. Ridiculous especially since most gym hours have headphones.**** edit*** floor has been needing repair for over a year. Its a trip hazard and 24 access is hit or miss on working?
