I really recommend the Pilates classes with Miss Leonette Patterson she is very dedicated in her work, she always has words of motivation for all her students and encourages you to keep trying your best, her class has helped me a lot with my health, my mobility and to reduce my back pain, she helps us and corrects us with patience, thank you Coach because you always offer us a new class full of dynamism and new challenges. Update: I’m giving up on this place unfortunately in spite of its optimal location for me. Limited equipment and restricted access to basic equipment like box platforms they have locked away in a calisthenics room or foam rollers you have to get from the front desk. In one instances when I brought a box platform out from the calisthenics room to use for a free weight set I was accosted by staff and argued with them about where these should be stored. The gym is nice and affordable at around $26 a month, but for such a large space, the free weight setup feels limited. About five or six benches for free weights and five cable machines. There plenty of squat racks around 20. My main frustration was the cancellation process. I canceled personal training within the three-day window, but had to schedule an in-person appointment and return another day because my full payment wasn’t refunded initially. i like the different themes in this gym, how spacious it is and it doesn’t smell. the problem i have with this gym is the personal trainers. several weird comments about my weight were made during my “fitness profile”. i explained my goal was to tone my body, not necessarily lose weight. this associate didn’t seem to understand that and kept telling me i need to lose weight. the personal trainers here just want to make a sale, they aren’t passionate about actually helping their clients. when i first came in and asked for a t... read more
