Does this location not have management? Emails and calls go unreturned. People at the front desk seem clueless or just do not want to be bothered. The facilities are gross, The bathrooms are dingy, frequently dirty, and in desperate need of renovations. Much of the Cardio equipment is broken and has been (as well as at least one machin for MONTHS! i've been a member here for years. in the last year, specifically the last few months, the place has gone to absolute shit. i love the trainers, they're amazing people & good at their jobs, i just wish they didn't work in such a terrible gym under terrible conditions. to start, this past summer, the AC was out for MONTHS. it was 90°+ in there. people were passing out. the AC still isnt fully fixed, almost a year later. there is terrible ventilation. half of the machines are either broken, or the weight labels are scratched o... read more

Mitch, Cody, and the guys up front are doing an excellent job setting the culture here! They make the members feel appreciated and always make a point to check in and say hello.
