I like the gym itself but the workers are awful, if something is broken you can expect it to stay broken for a couple months. Their maintenance crew is horrendous.

I am new to gym life and wanted to start my workout journey as an empty nester. All I wanted was guide on how to use the machine and ended up in a 3 months contract. I was then told I cannot cancel so now my card is being charge for $108 even two weeks for a session I don’t even take. Workout you could go online and follow. My big mistake though, now I am at a better gym with great coaches and even better rates. You all are a bunch of scammers.

Unprofessional staff. Also don't waste your time with the 3 day pass to try out the gym, because the sauna area is for members only. Come try our gym without being able to try it out. Lame "incentive" to get you to sign up.

I’ve attempted to cancel my membership with them over the course of the past six months. I’ve submitted emails, I’ve used the app, I’ve gone in, and I’ve called. Every time someone tells me it’s completed or canceled I get a charge the following month. This company is a scam and I’m reporting them to the BBB unless my charges get overturned for the past 6 months now that I’ve been needlessly charged.
