If you want a good gym, this is it. The staff are great, especially housekeeping. This place is clean and it shows the staff really care. This is a serious gym, but with the new school twist. They have all the goodies. If you're serious about fitness this is the place to go.

While bench pressing Ive seen the floor blow up cement dust as if it were cracking! An engineer should take a look at the second floor foundation. Machinery at this gym is always out of order, my wife can only work out mainly in the womens area due to young boys that attend this gym not knowing how to act. Bathrooms are always disgusting, The staff is underpaid and untrained in the management of children. There are no cameras to keep an eye on your child while in kids care. Were in 2026! Get a camera!!
