Very, very good gym with good people. The trainers and other members are great. They are understanding, knowledgeable, and supportive. I have grown significantly and noticeably stronger because of this support.
Amped Fitness has been a great fit for us from the start. The vibe is super welcoming, and the trainers and people there make it a genuinely positive place to work out. I love this place! At first, I was unsure, scared and slightly intimidated coming to a gym like this because it was small and I felt like I didn’t have a clue what I was doing, but only because I didn’t know what to expect.
