Bad experience. Staff told me prior staff left state and never got service.
Horrible experience dealing with the office - communication was poor and unprofessional.
Nice man came and looked at our home, said office would get back to us with an estimate. From that point customer service was inconsistent, once was told they were too busy, then later told they could schedule us for Oct, then nobody will answer calls when forwarded to the office. Left with the sense they did not want to do residential job due to it being too small but nobody would outright say it to us.
For all your Electric, Fire, and Security needs, Amped is the place to go hands down. Professional help and reasonable prices with some of the best technicians in town. Highly recommended.
We used Amped Electric to build a manufacturing facility this year. The project was super fast paced and challenging but Amped rose to the occasion with flying colors. Michael, Ben, and Roger were great to work with and delivered a first class product that everyone was extremely pleased with.
