I called a few weeks ago to request a service. I was told someone would call me back to schedule. A week or so later I called again and was told the same thing. Now a week or so after that I have yet to receive a call back to schedule the appointment. Very poor customer no-service.

Over Christmas of last year my tenant was having weird electrical issues in the house. After a number of different service calls over a month to a number of different electricians with no solution or answers. So in stepped Amp'd Electric to take a swing at it. Well 15 minutes later they smacked a homerun to solve the problem! Although it was a complete fuse box replacement (ouch!), which had to be certified by the city inspector, my problem was solved in a very timely manor! But, there is more to this story. I had an amazing experience with Amp’d Electric today. The technician was professional, efficient, thorough, and very friendly. He went above and beyond — tracked down and fixed every outlet and switch issue, swapped out a breaker for my dryer, and even went into the attic to trace and correct the floodlight wiring. Everything works perfectly now, and the whole job was done in under an hour. Highly recommend Amp’d Electric for anyone needing reliable, knowledgeable electrical work.
