I use Ampcare extensively in my private clinic. Ampcare's design follows principles of swallow physiology more so than other e-stim devices out there. That's because the inventors are a group of practical and knowledgeable therapists. They have freely consulted with me over the phone regarding specific situations in treating dysphagia; their products and expertise are a huge benefit to the field and to my clients. In the right situation, Ampcare can do great things. I recommend them highly!
