Amazing place with a wide variety of workout material. The instructors are very intelligent and friendly. They make sure you do the right things at the right time so it’s not too easy but not so hard you can’t do it but still enough to make you work hard and get the results you want. I recommend this to anyone who is willing to work hard to meet their goals and have fun along the way.
