Don't do it. I switched from ADT because of price. I regret it and I'm stuck for 3 more years of a 5 YEAR CONTACT!!!
Door sensor was beeping and panel instructed that battery needed replacement. Could not open sensor and called tech support. Technician instructed me as to how to open the sensor and when opened no battery was present! Technician then insulted my intelligence to say that the sensor has been tampered. How, I ask, when no one here in the home knew how to open the sensor. Was told that I needed to purchase a new sensor at my expense.
Absolutely a disgrace of a company. Technician put in doorbell camera, said would be back Saturday to install outdoor cameras and that was 2 weeks ago. I have filed a complaint with the BBB and will do everything in my lower to make sure the technician and anyone else who has caused this issue, will lose their jobs
This probably the worse alarm system I’ve had. It take forever to load on the app the camera videos. Also they will come and sell you the solar system and completely lie about everything. Guarantee you a check when taxes are done but leave out the part you have to be making a certain salary. That was a headache too when they were installing it. Now I’m stuck with AMP & a solar system because they made it seem so great but really it’s all a scam and lies. Don’t waste your time
