YOU DO NOT WANT THIS COMPANY!!! Find another one, any other one but this company. LIES, LIES, LIES!!!! They sell you on a one year agreement but it is really a 5 year agreement that you are stuck in. They don't care about you!! The only thing they do care about is getting your money from you each month, that's it!!!!!!
Guardian security was purchased by AMPSMART. My contract ended in May of 2020. AMP renewed automatically, altered the contract to include their name increased the monthly payments, and refused to cancel. Said I'm in for another 4+ years. Buyers Beware. I rate this company 0. And I will spread the word.
The 5 star reviews are FAKE. DO NOT USE AMP SMART. We were tricked into a 5 year contact and told it would cost $1800 to break the contract. We asked when signing up if we could cancel and they said yes, they failed to mention the cost to cancel and that it was the cost of the 5 YEAR CONTRACT. DO NOT TRUST THEM. This is a bait and switch tatic that they are using.
