Salesman misrepresented this contract. Company will not listen to customer complaints. My strong advice is do not use this company for your security services. You will not be able to cancel the service without significant charges. Its very frustrating dealing with customer service department.
THIS COMPANY IS A TOTAL SCAM!! THEY DESERVE ZERO STARS I called and cancelled in February 2023 and they said they also needed a letter of cancellation. They said they never received my written letter of cancelation. They continued charging my credit card $99 a month and my husband hadn't noticed until my card expired and we got a collections threat from them. ***** was patient and understood that I am slow moving from one spot to the other to reset my camera, smoke detector and health alert. When we were disconnected. I was called back promptly. This company is shitty! Dont sign any contract with them. They will keep taking money out of your bank account. Even that you cancel with written email and call in after the contract is expired.

I am done with this crappy unprofessional company. Shotty and illegal business p0ractices. I was given a renewed contract that I was unaware of and now they tell me it will cost me approximately $1100 to terminate. Before my first contract ended , I contacted AMP smart and requested a contract end date. I needed to notify AMPsmart about the death of my husband since he was the one who signed us up for the service. ******* said that he was very sorry for my loss and gave me all of the information that I needed to email back to AMPsmart for notification. THIS IS THE WORST SECURITY SERVICE THAT I HAVE EVER EXPERIENCED! I CALLED SEVERAL TIMES FOR REPAIRS AND THEY CHARGED ME FOR FLIMSY EQUIPMENT THAT THEY NEEDED TO REPLACE AT NO CHARGE.
