Incompetent and rude. Go elsewhere.
I'm a repeat customer also. John has insulted my gear and talked down to me, but has always managed to fix the problem. The last time I went he charged me almost a hundred bucks and did NOTHING except store my amp for a month. I took the amp to another shop where the tech found a bad cap, weak tubes, and some faulty wiring (by the amp shop) and charged me less than he did AND I had my amp back in three days. My gear has never sounded so good! Amp Shop again? No Effing Way.
Amp Shop has a 1.3 star rating with 3 reviews.
Amp Shop is closed now. It will open tomorrow at 9:00 a.m.
