When insurance said no, Nick fought for me and got the job done right. When I lit my wood-burning stove for the first time of the season, I had no idea birds had built a nest inside my flue pipe. After further negotiations my complaint has been resolved by the managing partner. This was never anything in relation to my roof being completed. The roof was removed & replaced with great concern & professionalism. I do appreciate not having the stress of worrying about my roof for the next 50 years.
