I strongly recommend that anyone take their home inspection business elsewhere to avoid Sam's incompetence. (0/5 stars) AMP Power/CEO Sam Honarparvar conducted home inspection of our (new) condominium, this past July 2024. Of the 2 HVAC AC/heating units, one air conditioning HVAC was not blowing cold air. A professional service inspected the unit and determined there was a coolant leak, due to a crack in the coolant container (where it leaked onto the rad/coil portion of the unit causing rad corrosion).
