David is the best! I started going after an unexpected injury while training for my upcoming race. After just a few sessions I was running without any pain. Initially after getting injured, I thought I wouldn’t be able to race. But with the help of David, I was ready for race day and was very happy with my performance. I would highly recommend them to anyone going through an injury.
Working with David has been a game-changer for me. We focused on strengthening my left shoulder and improving hip mobility, and the difference has been huge. My shoulder feels way more stable and powerful now, which has helped a lot with my performance on the baseball field. David also helped me loosen up my hips, and that extra mobility has shaved time off my 10-yard split during testing at Bolt Fitness. Every session is focused, smart, and built around what I actually need. I couldn't recommend David and AMP more.
My son is a baseball player and regularly works out in the sports performance program at Bolt Fitness, which is right next door to Amp Performance Rehab. My son has completed 12 sessions with Dr. David Le for shoulder and hip PT and it has been a great experience for him in all aspects. Dr Monica has been a godsend for me. I have RA so I have numerous joint problems that she has helped me with. I tore my meniscus in my knee and with Dr. Monica’s treatment I was able to avoid surgery. On top of having excellent skills she is kind and caring and will listen to your concerns.
