I worked closely with Monica at AMP Performance Rehab while she treated two of my clients after total knee replacements. As a trainer, I was genuinely impressed—both clients recovered faster than expected with excellent strength, ROM, and movement quality. I honestly dont know what I would do without AMP. When I first started I was so nervous nothing was going to help me. Ive tried physical therapy many times and didnt ever feel lasting relief. David is amazing! Everytime I go in for my session whatever was bothering me is gone by the time I leave or get home. All of the therapists are so kind, knowledgeable, caring and helpful. They can see just by looking at you what needs to be worked on. They are absolutely amazing and I dont know what I would do without them!
