I’ve been going to AMP for a couple months now, and being new to gym life it was intimidating at first. However, the team has made it such an easy and supportive transition for me. We've been training with Austin for almost 7 years now. Austin & AMP performance's program is the only fitness program I've ever been able to stick with long-term! The gym is welcoming to all and they can create a program for all fitness levels.
AMP’s fitness classes are creative and well thought out and the instructors have great energy. I’ve quickly formed friendships with several of my classmates and look forward to seeing them each week. Austin is genuinely interested in my wellness (not just fitness) and has programs designed to help me achieve my goals, but ultimately it’s up to me to put in the work. It’s been a great partnership! 😊
AMP is Amazing! I switched to AMP about 3-4 years ago! I started by working out with some friends and quickly moved to the group classes! The trainers are friendly, professional and knowledgeable! If you’re looking for a gym, come check it out!
