I have been coming to AMP performance for coming on three years now, and it truly was the best decision I made for myself. The lead trainer MacKenzie is legit. I came to her with certain goals for myself and we have reached those goals, and continued to add more to it. 100000% I invested in myself here and she invested right back. I’ve been going to AMP for a couple months now, and being new to gym life it was intimidating at first. However, the team has made it such an easy and supportive transition for me. The AMP crew has met me where I’m at on my journey and came with a zero pressure and no judgment mindset. We've been training with Austin for almost 7 years now. Austin & AMP performance's program is the only fitness program I've ever been able to stick with long-term! The gym is welcoming to all and they can create a program for all fitness levels.
AMP’s fitness classes are creative and well thought out and the instructors have great energy. I’ve quickly formed friendships with several of my classmates and look forward to seeing them each week. Austin is genuinely interested in my wellness (not just fitness) and has programs designed to help me achieve my goals, but ultimately it’s up to me to put in the work. It’s been a great partnership! 😊
