Apex worked well with the company that provided warranty for my truck. Apex provided detailed diagnostics that allowed me to know what work would be performed and the estimate for those services if I chose to do them. The staff was super friendly, and from the time we dropped it off until the time we picked it up we knew we were in good hands. Car broke down on a family trip south from Wisconsin and they were able to get me in immediately when they opened. Had the problem diagnosed and repaired in a few hours. Required parts to be ordered, hoses replaced, etc. I was on the road again in that afternoon. Staff and owner are very respectful and knowledgeable.
