I hadn’t worked out in years and was honestly really nervous about getting back into it, but Amp Fitness has been amazing. They offer different levels of workouts, which made it easy for me to find classes I feel comfortable and confident in. The community is so welcoming, and that made all the difference for me. This gym has the best atmosphere and fantastic coaching! My wife and I can’t highly recommend this place enough.

I just left a session today and the trainer I had was great. I think his name was Gerry, but he was nicknamed Ger-Bear. He was super funny, had a lot of good jokes and kept the team really motivated. The session was tough, but he did a great job managing it. You dont HAVE to get him, though, because Every trainer is good, i love this gym!

Hands down the best gym I’ve ever been to! My husband and I have been coming for over a year and we not only love the gym and the workouts, but more importantly the community that’s being built here. The coaches are fun and encouraging, and the people you workout with are always there to celebrate your victories with you. Now I joke that I workout so that I can hang out with my friends 🥹 Love you AMP!!!
