The best place for kids to learn and feel confident while having fun. It helped with my son's anxiety. He used to bite his nails, but that's gone now. He's building a lot of strength and it's a huge help with falls. It's amazing how my son "knows" how to fall without hurting himself in everyday life. We are very grateful to the entire AMP Academy team.

incredible experience from day 1. the instructors are knowledgeable, friendly and will take their time to to help every student improve. AMP is a great way to get exercise, learn new skills, and meet some amazing people.
The team is amazing with the children, and I believe that amp teaches children so much more than just being something for them to do. In American Ninja Warrior classes, I love that my children learn a wide range of skills while working with their teachers and classmates. My son absolutely loves the ninja and capoeira classes! He has gained so much confidence in himself and we love to see it! 10/10 recommend — everyone is so nice from start to finish and the model of having older kids around is so inspiring!
