My mom had an appointment at 1PM and was told that she was delayed by 30 minutes. So she waits until 1:30PM then get another message that things are not going well and if she can go in at 6PM or see if another client can be moved. We respond - see if another client can be removed to be seen earlier. No response until nearly 6PM that the message wasn’t seen and if she can instead come in on Tuesday. I made an appointment and showed up on time, but the doors were locked and no one was there to let me in. I called the owner as well as followed the instructions on the door to buzz and notify the owner of my arrival, but crickets… I left her two voicemails and I sent her a text message, but I never heard a response back. After 20 minutes of waiting, I finally left. I made the appointment online and when I check the site again, the page to book appointments was broken. I highly recommend this place. I will be encouraging my friends to go here. Garland was fabulous, calming (*I was nervous), educational and I loved the results!!
