Amazing Gym! I dropped in for two sessions on a business trip and the group was super open and welcoming. Workouts where great fun and the coach took extra time to walk me through a movement I had never done before. Also during the workout the atmosphere was super encouraging and motivating for everyone. Will definitely come back if I am in the region again!
This is such a welcoming gym! Excellent coaching each time I have had the pleasure of attending. You know it's special when you feel a little sad not to be returning every day.

Tim & all the trainers are excellent. Upbeat & positive and provide phenomenal guidance through movements and workouts.
