I was driving from Victoria and experienced a flat tire, so I was using a spare tire. I needed a patch urgently and stopped at the first available tire shop, which unfortunately was this one. Upon parking, I inquired with an older white gentleman about the cost of a tire patch, and he replied that it would be $20. I agreed and proceeded to retrieve the tire.
