Our air con broke and we have it on 24/7 through summer and desperately wanted it fixed asap. Amos Air were allocated to repair it through warranty from Actron. We lodged the warranty claim on Wednesday, a technician rang us Thursday morning and was at our house within 30 minutes. He was able to temporarily fix our air con so we had cooling until the faulty part could be ordered and delivered. It took 3 reminder phone calls just to get a technican on site to diagnose the problem. It took 4 weeks to order parts from Daikin (potentially partly Daikins fault) a $1200 quote to repair indoor fan deck assembly. ($700 part retail cost and inc margin) Refused to break down parts cost and labour costs for repair. Repairs took 2 hours. So charged $250/hr for labour.
