I am very dissatisfied with the receptionists they have been very rude in the past and today I called to make my elderly neighbor and appointment at 4:54 yes it was last minute but the phone rang forever then someone answered and put me on hold for 3 minutes so I hung up n called right back and they had already sent the phone to the answering machine and it does not allow you to leave a message. If there was a ZERO star rating that's what they would get!!!!!!
Receptionist doesn't pick up phone. Except for today when the phone was picked up then I heard a click. 🤷♀️Got hung up on I guess.
My family absolutely adores both providers Theresa and Sharla!! They are absolutely wonderful and they listen! They don't just come in and leave. They actually hear you and wanna help for that matter they do help! Wouldn't ever go to anyone else for any of my primary care needs!
