I had one of the worst haircuts I have ever had by Sarah a few days ago. She does not know how to layer. After a few weeks i’m going to have to get it re-cut at a different place with someone who knows how to layer and feather FINE hair. The only cut I would recommend Sarah to do would be straight across bangs or a straight across the bottom for a lift I previously had given a review of one, but went back to the salon and Sarah trimmed my hair up to fix the first haircut.
