They are the only jeweler I use and I have to drive an hour to get there. They are very trustworthy and that gives me comfort when I make a purchase. They have made/designed pieces for my wife with no problems. I like to deal with Bob, he is the brains behind the operation and he will take his time to make sure you are getting what you want. They will always make exchanges or deals with you and give you a good price.
