We love Amoretti and use many of their flavorings for business and personal use. They have exceptional customer service, and unlike other companies, their flavor offerings are natural and not artificial.
This company sells low-quality, unwholesome products. This company has Bad customer service. This company does NOT stand behind its products. I purchased two products [Coconut extract and Rose water], three times more expensive than comparable products sold by other online or in-store merchants, and five times worse. I emailed them for authorization to return the products for a refund [full or partial], but they ignored my emails. I doubt if real customers have written the good product reviews displayed next to their product... read more
They have the best ingredients for brewing and Dylan is always very helpful.
