Had a issues with drains backing up in Shower so I submitted a work order and later a Tech did call me and came right out to fix the issue it only took him 30 mins to diagnose and fix the drainage issue we had A+ Service and Customer care p.s you can't fix every issue but trying too helps
Not at ALL satisfied with their work. My builder hired them for our new build and now reading reviews I’m a little worried about what the future holds for our pipes and leaks since we’ve already had issues. We had leaks in our toilet and tub that they came out multiple times to “fix” only to leave and it still be leaking it took our builder calling the manager to get their whole team out there SUPERVISED to finally get it done so I am thankful for that.
