I absolutely love the work they do here. The staff are always so kind, welcoming, and genuinely caring — it shows in everything they do. The environment is calm, clean, and relaxing, which makes every visit enjoyable. My daughter has autism and can be very undecided on what she wants, and they always show her so much patience and understanding. She receives so much love and support here, and she truly feels comfortable — which means the world to us.
Today I had my second massage with Lily. I can tell you that I am sharing this experience with you, but I shouldn't, because I will surely have trouble booking my next appointment after you read my comments. Lily, wow, a true professional! You'll get a massage with her expertise on what works for all your discomforts and difficulties. Everywhere you have pain, she finds the right spot to massage to solve the problem. I have two words to describe my experience, PAINFUL and Expensive. If you choose to go to this salan I urge you to request a PROFESSIONAL nail artist! My friend and I had a terrible time. The staff who did our nails were untrained unprofessionals who barely spoke english. Communication was extremely difficult and they did not listen to our instructions.
