The first photo is what I asked for, the second is what I left with. I wanted the same color, shape, and length as the first photo. I showed it to the nail tech 3 times. The color not matching isn’t the worst part, the shape and them being poorly done is. I ended up just hoping they’d come out decent looking despite not being what I wanted. My nails look horrible. I’m rushing to get them fixed elsewhere now as I was getting them done for a special occasion.
Hi, I’m one of your regular customers. I think the nail technicians do an amazing job, and everyone provides great nail services. However, I wanted to share some feedback about the receptionist, Zen. Unfortunately, I haven’t had a positive experience with her customer service. She doesn’t make me feel welcomed, and she often comes across as unfriendly or like she doesn’t enjoy being there. Such a bad job. This place gave me a FUNGAL INFECTION. Stay away from them. So bad
Very horrible experience. They trimmed too much. I had a girl who was very inexperienced and barely spoke any English. Never again.
You can tell they didn't have enough staff for the day we walked in. But overall had a great experience. The person who did my pedicure started to open up towards later into the pedicure. My sister got her nails done and really liked them
