Had a fantastic manicure by Lily. She is meticulous and careful and does an amazing job every time. She was at a different nail salon that closed and I followed her here because she is the best.
Lilly is the absolute best! She does such an amazing job and my nails come out perfect every single time I think “this is the best set I have ever had.” Mimi also does fantastic work! 10/10 would recommend asking to see them!
The first photo is what I asked for, the second is what I left with. I wanted the same color, shape, and length as the first photo. I showed it to the nail tech 3 times. The color not matching isn’t the worst part, the shape and them being poorly done is. I ended up just hoping they’d come out decent looking despite not being what I wanted. My nails look horrible. I’m rushing to get them fixed elsewhere now as I was getting them done for a special occasion.
Hi, I’m one of your regular customers. I think the nail technicians do an amazing job, and everyone provides great nail services. However, I wanted to share some feedback about the receptionist, Zen. Unfortunately, I haven’t had a positive experience with her customer service. She doesn’t make me feel welcomed, and she often comes across as unfriendly or like she doesn’t enjoy being there.
