The best limousine company in the Pittsburgh area. We rented a limo bus to take a group of fourteen to see the Christmas sites in Pittsburgh last weekend from Washington, PA. AJ, our driver, was on time and did a great job taking us to several places in the city. We changed a couple of scheduled stopped and AJ accommodated us. The bus was very clean and modern. We are looking forward to next year to book with the same limo service again.
DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY IF YOU HAVE AN IMPORTANT OR ELEGANT EVENT. What a disgraceful company. If I could give no stars I would. They have no clue what customer service is. This is the worst company I have had the displeasure of dealing with in some time. I tried to get some type of resolution with Rick who I dealt with from my first call. I ordered limo service for my nephew's prom. Not only did the driver, Brandy, show up almost 1/2 hour late. Pick up was to be at 4:00, she arrived at 4:26.
